I always have a good experience at this location. I had to return an AT&T fiber interface and they have everything set up in their system to scan the serial number and ensure the equipment is returned properly.

The service in this UPS store is amazingly quick, the employees are excellent at their job...and their computer system is Awesome remembering names and addresses of people I ship packages to! Keep Up the Good Work!

As a Amazon shopping addict this place is a must it's always busy but is well-staffed. To be honest I know that they're temporarily because the other place burnt down but hopefully they rebuild bigger because this location is always busy I was there the other day and they had five people working the counter.

I needed to return some items to Amazon and I brought them here. In an out in just a few minutes. They're very helpful! The UPS store moved near Jimmy John's.

UPS employees always do a great job. They've handled the lot of adversity with fires. Next door and damaged to the front of the store front, which has caused them to move down in the plaza. Despite this, they still offer a great service. And they're always quick inefficient. I specifically Always drop my Amazon returns here as the process is always seamless. And easy

I had the best exprience! I almost never remember the email printing process and it was busy and many people in front of me. Today that 1 worker spread herself so thin I was determined to figure it out and I DID! I Thank her for the patience that she had with everyone that was pulling on her. I appreciate people like her good job!
